Carol Williams
Carol Williams has lived in Sonoma County since the early 1970s and has been listening to the Sonoma Bach Choir for more than 20 years. In 1999 she retired from her job as a land use planner for the County of Marin and joined the board of the Sonoma Land Trust, where she served for 11 years. After participating in Sonoma Bach’s first Midsummer Night Sings in 2002, she began singing in choirs and studying music at Santa Rosa Junior College. She currently takes voice lessons and sings alto with the Sonoma Junior College Concert Choir and the California Redwood Chorale. When she isn’t singing, she makes pottery, does yoga, participates in a French reading group at the Alliance Française and studies Italian and Japanese to prepare for upcoming travels.
