BachTalk 2: Digging in the Sonoma Bach Archives
Thursday, June 11, 7PM

Music Director Bob Worth takes us on a whirlwind look back at nearly 30 years of Sonoma Bach's concerts, tours, collaborations and special events. Highlights include our inaugural year (1991-92); our first Bach Festival (1995-96); our Italy tours (1999 and 2001); our millennial year (Bach: Christmas Oratorio and St. Matthew Passion); our Germany tour (2005); our independence from SSU (2010); and the opening of first the Green Music Center (2012) and then Schroeder Hall (2014). For long-time members, it'll be a fun stroll down memory lane; for newer members of our community, it'll be a chance to get to learn a bit about our history. There'll be plenty of musical examples.
